Wearables Boom 2.0?


Google glass and the wearables boom was all over the news a year ago, and today only earned a scant two mentions in Mary Meeker’s latest 165 page Internet Trend report. Mobile users access their phones over 150 times a day to communicate, search, and entertain themselves, and some investors think these actions will be taken over by wearable devices and drive a $5 billion market to $50 billion. This session will take a sanity check on where wearables are going and how big the real opportunity may be.
